Maria's Santa Fe

We were famished after shopping on saturday and stopped by Maria's for lunch. It was recommended by a friend who has been to Santa Fe a few times and the highlight was the enchilada plate.

The key is to order with the blue corn tortillas christmas style.  The carne adovada sounded awesome, but I learned from the wait staff that it is spicy so I chicken'ed out.  The other girls ordered the adovada and stated it was delicious.

We also had the guacamole which was delicious and was served with lettuce tomatoes and cheese on the bottom.

I ordered a lemonade while the girls had margaritas.  We were in a food coma after that and went back to the cottage for a nap.
