Yu Garden

Grace and I spent the afternoon watching episodes of Outlander and planned to go to Kula Revolving Sushi Bar for dinner but when we arrived, there were 20 parties ahead of us.

So we decided to walk across the street and try something else.  We ended up at Yu Garden and ordered some staple dishes to test it out.

First we tried to order the beef chow fun, but they didn't have that.  Then we tried the lamb with on choy and they didn't have that.  We ordered the fish with black bean which was super salty but had a good flavor.

We then ordered the kung pao chicken and the peanuts were stale and the taste wasn't enticing.

Last was the beef chow mien with sacha sauce but the noodles were overcooked and soggy.

Overall, not a very good dinner but it was cheap.  We declined to take anything home and the wait staff were not very attentive.
