Pieology

A new restaurant opened up in the neighborhood and I went to try it out.  My brother told me it was a "subway" for pizza.

You order your pie with your choice of topping and it goes through a line where it ends up in the oven.

They then bring out the cooked pizza to your table.

I started with the menu #2 and then added mushrooms and artichoke hearts.  It was really good and I ended up taking half home for lunch the next day.
