Tamales by La Casita
On the way out of Denver airport, I stopped and had a bite to eat at Tamales by La Casita in Terminal C.
They had quite a variety of Mexican food, but I had the tamale plate of one green chile and cheese tamale with green sauce and one pork tamale with red sauce. They rounded out the meal with your choice of rice and/or beans and toppings.
Pretty tasty and the red sauce was spicy. Good eats before boarding a plane.
