Cheese Making Tour

One afternoon, Jane took us across the other side of the island for a cheese adventure at Weston Creek Farm.  We toured the facility and then went into the shop for tasting.

We saw the chickens as well as the goats.

The process was laid out in order.

Into the shop we went for the tasting.  Everything was very good and I was told that Whole Foods in the States would be carrying their products.

Jane got some cheese for us to sample during happy hour.
