I decided to cook some of the alaskan salmon I have in the freezer and found this recipe that sounded great.
The ingredients mostly came from my farm box and the prep took a lot longer than the cooking. I also had some trouble with the paper pouches, in that the seal was not very tight as I didn't have enough clearance around the bundle. If I make this again, the paper will be cut different.
These are ready to be baked. The paper did puff up but there was some deflation as the pouches weren't as air tight as they should have been.
I think a bit more sauce to keep the fish moist. The leftovers were a bit dry.
