Dinner with Chef Josephine

Had an opportunity to join the Han household for dinner featuring chef Josephine.

It was pretty warm and even though my mouth was still sore, I indulged in a variety of great dishes.  Beef with mushrooms, teriyaki chicken, corn flower soup, okra with some kind of pressed meat, and eggs with fresh tomatoes.  We even had man tou made by Dr. Tan.
Everything was delicious, even the okra which I have never been a fan of.  Had a glass of grass jelly to drink and skipped the frozen popsicle for dessert.
