Goodies from Fluffysgarden

I did not attend Black Sheep Gathering this year but I did get some goodies from the festival thanks to my friend Fluffy.  She invited me over for dinner for some oven roasted friend chicken, a salad, and some pasta with a cherry dessert to round out the meal.

I stayed to chat for a while and then we pulled out my new toys.

Fluffy stopped at Gilmore Looms in Stockton to pick up my special order Big Wave Loom.

I am going to do some inkle and card weaving on this puppy.  It is lightweight and I can't wait to take it for a spin.

I also requested a couple of spindles from Jenkins Woodworking and I got a Finch and a Lark.

The Finch is 13 grams and made of Jobillo.

The Lark is 21 grams and made of Pau Rosa.
