Slow Cooked Chuck Roast

Enjoyed a "american" styled dinner at Grace's with the supper gang.  A very traditional meal consisting of meat and potatoes.

Grace cooked the chuck roast in the slow cooker with onions and carrots, with gravy and mashed potatoes rounding out the meal.
Eileen cooked some sour cabbage and Yaling offered up chips and salsa.  Jo brewed tea with her flan dessert and we all played a rousing game of Monopoly.
