Knit Group at BrandilionKnits

One of the gals at knit group, BrandilionKnits, got her dream job at the University of Washington.  I'm sad to see her move to Seattle, but it is a great opportunity for her with lots more money and in this day and age, who can't use more of that?  I'll be able to stay in touch with her through her blog.  


BrandilionKnits was gracious enough to invite the knit group to her place for our regular meet up and a great time was had by all.  We did show and tell, received some destashed yarn, and got a cool early christmas gift from pmvanova.


Here is what I walked away with.  I'm excited to start weaving with this yarn.


Wool blend yarn from Newtons in blue and brown.

Blue Sky Alpaca Silk in red, gray, lilac, teal, and green.
