From Farm to Table in One Day

Hit the farmer's market and bought some baby squash picked just a few hours before according to the farmer.
Washed and chopped and stir fried with some garlic and salt and pepper.
With some brown rice and a couple of lamb chops - dinner.
I also picked up some free range brown eggs.
A small basket of assorted mushrooms.
And two different types of artichokes.
Yum!
