Cherry Shalom

I had started a Shalom sweater a while back with the Stockinette Zombies podcast and had made some modifications to add sleeves and some other things.  I stalled out and didn't finish in time with the knit-a-long.


I then decided that I wanted a vest of this pattern instead and bought some new yarn on sale from Knit Picks called cherry cordial.

It is a bulky yarn so the vest knit up pretty fast.  I really like the color patterning.  I increased the needles size to a US 11 and here is the finished sweater minus the buttons.  I have to go look for some good buttons for this vest.
