June Supper Club

Another smashing dinner hosted by Amy.
 The Cook's Illustrated menu consisted of:


Roast Boneless Leg of Lamb with Garlic, Herb, and Bread Crumb Crust
Holiday Potato Casserole with Gouda, Garlic, and Thyme
Spinach with Pancetta, White Beans, and Balsamic Vinegar


Creamy Gazpacho Andaluz
Classic Panna Cotta
