Carrot Soup

I made another batch of a carrot soup.  I changed up the recipe and used carrots, celery, and onions as the base.

These were sauteed with butter and oil and I then added a carton of chicken broth with a quarter teaspoon of cayenne and a tablespoon and a half of Penzey's sweet curry.

After boiling for a bit, it moved the entire pot to my Vitamix and blended the soup.  It was a bit spicy so I added two cartons of greek yogurt and added some chives as a garnish.
Very nice flavor.
