It's All About Bananas

A bumper crop of bananas in the house and not enough time to eat them struck inspiration as then turned into bread and a pie.

Easy peasy for the pie as I decided on the frozen Marie Calendar pie crust for the spinach so the Keebler crust became banana cream pie.
I will add the whipped cream topping as I slice and eat the pie.

I used my aunt's recipe for bread and ended up with a loaf as well.
Lots of bananas in the diet this week.

  1. Hmm banana bread! And you can freeze bananas if you're going to bake with them They turn black but they do fine for banana bread.
