Blaze Pizza with Secret Shopper

I got invited to be a secret shopped for Blaze pizza and we ordered online for eat in at the restaurant.  There is technique in the buying process and documentation on timing, food, etc.

It was a little exciting and the food was pretty good.  We ordered a pizza (made to order) and a salad.

The food was good but the ambiance could be better.  First was the weird orange light bars which did a number on the photos.  Next was the music which was a bit tolerable at the beginning but got progressively louder the longer we were there.

I didn't have to fill out a report, but I think I rather have made to order pizza at Pieology than here.
