41 Olive

While shopping around Glendale, I stopped in a 41 Olive which was a new concept for me.  The walls along the shop are lined with kettles of olive oil and vinegars all flavored.  I was allowed to try all different combinations and I ended up buying an aged vinegar and herbed oil.  The combination is sublime and I can't wait to try it out on some bread.

Now I wish the summer tomatoes will come in a hurry with some cheese and basil for some caprese salad.
